Passing by the Parliament we cross the Danube on the Margaret Bridge (Margaret Island) and drive to the Royal Castle on the Buda side, where we visit the Fishermen's Bastion and the Matthias Church (excl. entrance fees). At the citadel a photo stop with wonderful panorama view. We cross the Elisabeth Bridge and drive to the City Park towards Heroes' Square for a short walking tour. Passing the Opera and the St. Stephen's basilica we end this city tour. Possibility to extend this tour with a lunch in a local restaurant.
During the city tour it is a good opportunity to combine it with a guided tour in the House of Parliament.
Take the opportunity for a visit of the impressive house of Parliament. After walking around Hungary's largest building, interior visit of the magnificent neo-Gothic parliament. The parliament is the home of the holy Hungarian crown. Guided tour through the splendid boardrooms and impressive staircases.
Different tours are possible to organize. For individuals and groups a 1 hour Danube boat tour incl. a welcome drink with the possibility to combine this tour with 1 hour walking tour on the Margaret Islands.
For groups we can offer a private boat trip or combine this wonderful program with a lunch or dinner.
Visit in the St. Stephen's Park the World War II Victims Memorial. Further by coach to the Jewish district and visit of the World's second largest synagogue. Also visit of the Jewish Museum, located next to the synagogue. In the Jewish Garden visit the Tree of Life. Possibility to combine this tour with a traditional coffee break or lunch in a Kosher restaurant. (This tour is not possible on Saturday or on Jewish Holidays).
Visit the artists' village at only 30 minutes drive from Budapest. After a guided walking tour through the Baroque center, a visit to the Ceramic or Marzipan Museum. Visit to the museum shop and coffee break in a traditional café. From Szentendre traveling back by boat to Budapest. For groups we can organize a private boat.
Not far from Budapest you will find Gödöllő. This small city is famous because of the former summer residence of Queen Elizabeth (Sissi). In this second largest Baroque castle you have a guided tour and a possibility for a welcome drink or coffee break. Also the gardens with the Royal stables, the riding school and the Royal theatre are interesting for a visit. A good combination is a visit to the Capucine Abbey of Máriabesnyő with the tombs of the Grassalkovich dynasty or a puszta program at the nearby horse stud of the world famous Lázár brothers.
Budapest by night, the illuminated "Paris of the East". A good combination after a dinner or a theatre performance. During the return transfer you have marvelous view of the illuminated "Pearl of the Danube" from the Gellért Hill. Also the castle district and the Heroes' Square are like a fairy-tale by night.
The famous Danube is the background of this day excursion where you are going back into Hungary's history. In Esztergom, center of the Catholic Church, visit the cathedral. Follow the Danube and visit in Visegrád the ruins of the former castle, with a fascinating view on the Danube Valley. This tour ends in Szentendre, the Baroque artists' village for a guided walking tour. From Szentendre traveling back by boat to Budapest. For groups we can organize a private boat.
Herend, the world famous city of Porcelain. Guided tour through world largest porcelain manufactory, which was founded in 1826. A coffee break will be organized in the "Porcelanium" café with possibility for shopping.
Afterwards transfer to Lake Balaton for a visit of the Peninsula Tihany. Here you will find a nature reservation with the Benedictine Abbey, founded in 1051. Lunch can be organized in a traditional csárda. Free time at the Promenade of Balatonfüred, the oldest Spa of Hungary.

An unforgettable day in the puszta. Transfer to Kecskemét for a guided walking tour in the historical center. Transfer to the puszta. Welcome by Hungarian schnapps and scones. After a great performance of the famous horsemem, a carriage ride through the puszta will be organized. The end of this tour is a 3-course puszta lunch with goulash soup, wine and gipsy music in the csárda.
